Overall experience was good. Truck went in sparkling clean, returned to me wet and very water spotted when they ran it thru their crappy wash.

They were thorough and explained my service to me. Polite and timely, I was happy with the service visit.

Brought my vehicle in, done within an hour. Needed a battery. With 3 minutes of brining my vehicle in, the service man had in diagnosed. 👍

You guys took my vehicle in for repair, switched up my rear dif , and it gave it back to me and it was still broken and then tried to blame it on the tires worst experience ever and still have a messed up rear dif thats under warranty for labor and parts and you gave me back my vehicle....

Jason was great for being a Benton Baker service rep. I’m at service appear to go well, it’s only been a short time since I had the vehicle back so time will tell. The car appeared very clean and perfect as I left it with the dealership.

This was a very disappointing service visit. I used the courtesy vehicle service, and I was made to wait for over an hour from the time I was scheduled to be picked up. I unfortunately had to wait outside for approximately an hour to be picked up. I called multiple times asking if the pickup was going to be delayed to give me an ETA so I could go back to work instead of just waiting. The service staff was rude and would not give me an estimate and just kept saying “soon”. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I again called back and the employee clearly did not realize I could hear them on the phone when one customer service representative made rude comments about my call (not at all acknowledging the 45 minutes I had already been waiting). I spoke to the manager once I eventually got to the dealership and he said, “I’m sorry” but made no further comment. Overall, I had to miss time from work to account for the lack of timeliness and the lack of adequate communication. This was a very frustrating visit.
